03 Referral Process

As a member of the Program, subject to this Agreement, CryptoView will provide the Affiliate access to a web interface and will administer the Program. As per a request made by you, the potential Affiliate, the Program provides you with an Affiliate Link leading to a sign-up form on CryptoView Platform. The Affiliate Link contains all the necessary information to trace the Referees back to you. The Affiliate is entitled to receive the agreed Commission for each Qualified Referee, subject to the conditions of this Agreement.

04 Affiliate account

After signing-up in CryptoView, the system generates automatically a unique Affiliate Link and provides it to the Affiliate. There is no application or approval process for the Program. Every duly registered User has the right to be an Affiliate.

In order to receive the Commission, the Affiliate should provide CryptoView with a Litecoin wallet address, where CryptoView will transfer the Commission. This wallet address should be entered by the Affiliate in his/her account in the Affiliate section.

Once the Litecoin wallet address is entered, it cannot be edited either by the Affiliate or by CryptoView. To change the wallet address, the Affiliate has to make a written request in that respect to support@crypoview.com from his/her registered email. Upon Affiliate’s request, CryptoView should delete the current Litecoin wallet address and after that the Affiliate could enter a new Litecoin wallet address.

The Affiliate is fully responsible for providing the correct Litecoin wallet address. Failure to provide the correct Litecoin wallet address could result in permanent loss of Affiliate’s funds and Commission. CryptoView is not responsible for such losses and/or loss of profit and/or damages, direct or indirect, and shall not be obliged to make any compensations, penalties, interests or any other payments to the Affiliate in this regard.

The Affiliate can access all the information regarding current unpaid Affiliate Balance, the number of Qualified Referees and clicks made through the Affiliate Link. The Affiliate account also provides full payment history with detailed information including date of payment, number of Qualified Referees, number of clicks, total paid amount in USD and the Litecoin wallet address.

05 Making Referrals

The Affiliate can refer potential customers/users only through his own Affiliate Link. The Affiliate Link contains unique ID number that refers to the relevant CryptoView Affiliate account.

When a Referee clicks on the Affiliate Link, upon landing on the sign-up page of CryptoView, a 90 (ninety)-days cookie (as per the definition of Cookie/s given in Section 07 of the Privacy Policy) is being automatically generated in Referee’s browser.
